Returns + Refunds
As of right now, all sales are final. Due to the individual nature of the garments, please read measurements and descriptions carefully before purchase.
Shipping + Handling
Our business days are Monday-Friday and exclude US holidays.
All orders are shipped from San Antonio, Texas within 2 business days of being placed with a standard transit time of 5-7 days.
Standard shipping is calculated at the time that the order is placed and will be shipped via the carrier with the best rate (USPS, FedEX, or UPS).
You will be sent a confirmation email within 1-3 business days with the tracking number attached.
Order is marked as Delivered, but not received.
If you have received a delivery confirmation, but cannot locate your package, please double-check that the shipping address is correct, check to see where it was listed as delivered to, and if you’re feeling friendly ~ check with your neighbors in case they got it by mistake.
While Pearl Wilson is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if you've done all of the above and still cannot find the package, please reach out to us at email@pearlwilson.com so we can figure out a happy solution for you.
Lost or Stolen
Pearl Wilson is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered through tracking. If a package is returned by USPS, the buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
Do you Ship Internationally?
There is no standard International Shipping option available at this time. However, feel free to email us at email@pearlwilson.com and we can see if theres a way to get it to ya!
I Don't See My Size. Do You Offer It?
The availability of sizes we offer is 100% dependent on our ability to source quality pre-worn and vintage pieces we find. We do our best to source a consistent range of sizes, but cannot guarantee any size will always be available. Feel free to reach out with specific requests and we will do our best to prioritize it as we move forward.
Care Instructions
For the Pearl Wilson products that have been marked as treated with DURITex™, washing now looks like rinsing it in cold water and hanging it out to dry - the all natural Duritex formula does the rest.
If you happen to stain your garment, deal with it as you normally would. However, we would like to suggest that you do not dry any of our garments with dryer sheets. They tend to coat the garment in a layer of who knows what, making it hard for the treatment to work its magic.

2. Eliminates and inhibits the growth of bacteria, fungus, molds, mildews, etc… ( Basically, it’ll clean itself! )

DURITex™ is an innovative textile treatment process that controls odor and preserves fabric through the incorporation of an all natural enhanced antimicrobial bonding technology. The treated materials are guarded against microorganisms and stay fresh and clean even after extended periods of use.
